Journal of Current Scientific Research
A multidisciplinary journal for research defined by its standard of
evidence rather than by its subject.
JCSR considers meaningful scientific research across all scientific disciplines. Fundamental, applied, empirical, theoretical, computational, methodological and interdisciplinary work is assessed for a substantive contribution, appropriate methods or reasoning, supporting evidence and ethical compliance. Qualified editorial and independent peer-review expertise must be available.
A study of acid degradation in a fiber-reinforced composite and a study of tactile
feedback in precision grasping share neither literature nor instrumentation. They can
still be held to the same account, and that account is what a general-science title
carries in place of a specialty.
Breadth places the obligation on the editors rather than on the reader. A manuscript is
matched to reviewers competent in its own subject, and a paper is neither advantaged by
being unusual for the journal nor disadvantaged because it comes from an established field. Where
a submission sits between disciplines, the editors look for the argument to be legible to
a reader trained in the neighboring one — the connection between fields should be clear. Individual manuscripts may remain within one discipline.
Question
State the scientific question or purpose clearly, identifying exploratory and confirmatory work appropriately.
Procedure
Document the methods, assumptions or reasoning in the detail appropriate to the contribution.
Evidence
Provide evidence, proof, validation or scholarly analysis appropriate to the claims; report measurement units and uncertainty where applicable.
Limits
The boundary of the result is set by the authors: what the evidence supports, and what it does not.
Reporting guidance is design-specific. Narrative and critical reviews explain literature selection and critical interpretation; systematic-review methods apply only when that methodology is used.
Data and materials
Every empirical research manuscript must include a data-availability statement. Research data should be deposited in a public repository where the
data permit it, and computational work should state where the code can be obtained.
Ethics
Studies involving human participants, identifiable human data or animals must report approval from the appropriate ethics committee or equivalent body, or an applicable exemption and its basis. Human-participant research must document informed consent or an approved waiver, identifying the body that granted it. Written consent for publication is required where an individual could be identifiable.

Editorial oversight
Who evaluates the work
A journal that publishes across the sciences has to show that a manuscript
reaches an editor who knows its subject. Both the handling editor and independent reviewers must have the expertise required for the manuscript. Each entry
below carries the editor's institution, the subject assigned to them, and the ORCID iD that
identifies the person.
Editorial Board
lists every member with role, affiliation and expertise.
Editorial Policies sets out authorship,
competing interests, corrections and misconduct handling.
How manuscripts are handled
Editorial method
All submissions undergo initial editorial screening. Manuscripts that meet the journal's scope and minimum requirements proceed to independent peer review.
Peer review: Single-blind by default; double-blind review is available on request. Manuscripts that proceed to external peer review are normally evaluated by at least two independent subject-matter experts.
Editorial decisions are based on scope, scientific quality, methodological rigor, ethical compliance, reporting quality, and relevance to the journal.
Editorial independence
Editorial decisions are taken by the handling editor on the reviewers' assessments. The
article processing charge is raised only after a manuscript has been accepted, and payment
plays no part in whether a manuscript is accepted, in how quickly it is handled, or in
which reviewers are appointed. Authors, editors and reviewers declare competing interests,
and an editor with an interest in a submission is replaced for that manuscript.
Open access and reuse
Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license.
Authors retain copyright; readers may reproduce, adapt and redistribute the work with
attribution, without seeking further permission from the journal or the authors.
Research integrity
Submissions are screened with Crossref Similarity Check, powered by iThenticate. Corrections
and retractions are issued and linked to the original record when they are needed.
Archive totals reflect the journal's current published record.

Submitting to the journal
Authors
Journal of Current Scientific Research welcomes submissions throughout the year from
researchers and teams working across all scientific disciplines.
Manuscripts are received through ManuscriptZone, the journal's submission portal.
Authors must use only one submission route for the same manuscript.
The charge is raised only after a manuscript has been accepted. There is no submission fee
and no peer-review fee. The student APC is USD 900 with valid student identification or current institutional proof. The full eligibility and withdrawal terms are set out on
