Membership for Individual Researchers and Authors

We offer substantial discounts on Article Processing Charges (APC), making it more affordable to publish your research. Moreover, we prioritize acknowledging the contributions of individual researchers and authors by providing platforms to showcase their expertise and achievements. 

To qualify for APC waivers, you must be an author or co-author of the submitted manuscript. Upon registration, members receive a membership certificate. Authors can submit an unlimited number of manuscripts annually, except for special issues, and a 30% discount on the APC is available for articles submitted to special issues.
 

Student Membership

The Student Membership is specifically tailored to provide support to aspiring researchers and students actively involved in academic or scientific research. To qualify, students must provide a recommendation letter from their department head, research supervisor, or group leader at the time of submission. This membership allows students to contribute as author or co-author, providing them with practical experience in the academic publishing process and enabling them to build their publication portfolio early in their careers. It serves as a valuable stepping stone for students looking to showcase their research, connect with the broader scientific community, and begin establishing their academic reputation. Additional perks include the ability to publish an unlimited number of articles during the membership period, a personalized membership certificate, and access to journal updates.

Our institutional membership provides the advantage of allowing multiple authors to publish under a single membership, along with special discounts and a membership certificate to recognize and celebrate our members' valuable contributions to the scientific community.

Our Corporate or Industry Membership is tailored for private companies, biotech firms, pharmaceutical organizations, and other commercial entities actively involved in research and innovation. Members benefit from discounted or waived article processing charges (APCs) for their employees. If you are interested in becoming a member, kindly select the appropriate membership plan and send an email to membership@openaccesspub.org with the following details:

- Full name
- Institutional affiliation
- Complete mailing address
- The journal(s) of interest
 

We encourage researchers to include any additional questions or specific requests related to the membership options. Once we receive all the required information and address any uncertainties, we will promptly process the membership application. Crucial Reminders for Membership Renewal

1. Utilize the exclusive membership services within the designated validity period. Unused entitlements cannot be carried forward unless explicitly stated.

2. It is advisable to extend your membership before the expiration date, subject to applicable terms and conditions. Early renewal is recommended to ensure uninterrupted benefits.

3. Existing members are eligible for a 20% waiver on membership renewal fees as an incentive to continue their association with the journal publishing house. This waiver applies when renewing before the current agreement's expiration date.

4. Renewals submitted after the deadline will not be eligible for the continuation of unused services.
