Biography
Dr. Sutopa Dwivedi is a Scientist at Gylden Pharma in Doylestown, PA, United States, with educational training from the University of Pennsylvania and the Institute of Bioinformatics. Her research has spanned integrative genomics and proteomics, including transcriptomic and proteomic approaches for genome assembly and annotation in model organisms such as zebrafish and Anopheles gambiae, as well as investigations into disease mechanisms and biomarker discovery in gastric and pancreatic cancer. She has contributed to studies on follicle stimulating hormone signaling pathways and microRNA-mediated protein regulation using advanced mass spectrometry techniques. Her most-cited work, published in 2022, examines the immunological activation of Aedes aegypti Malpighian tubules following systemic Toll pathway activation, reflecting her expertise in vector biology and innate immunity.
