Biography
Mohammad Mehdi Ommati is an Associate Professor at Henan University of Science and Technology, Luoyang, Henan, China, specializing in sperm and blood parameters, immuno-suppression methods in fertility, and reproductive cell culture. He received his education at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences Stem Cell and Transgenic Technology Research Centre, where he distinguished himself as a top student at both B.Sc. and M.Sc. levels and was recognized as a member of Iran's National Elites Foundation in 2013. His research contributions include over 26 indexed publications, with his most-cited work examining arsenic-induced ovotoxicity and autophagic pathways in folliculogenesis (2020, 65 citations). His expertise encompasses developmental and mechanistic studies in reproductive biology, with a focus on cellular and molecular aspects of fertility.
