Use of Stem Cell Growth and Differentiation Factors (Scdsf) in Central Vertigo

The clinical use of SCDSF factors in neuro-degenerative pathologies offers a potential therapeutic opportunity. Our observational study aims to evaluate its efficacy in patients affected by Central Vertigo1. A case series divided into two subgroups, all affected by non-migrainous central vertigo, was selectively subjected, in epigenetic terms versus the genome, to the administration of SCDSF with a regenerative action or to the administration of a reprogramming and then regenerative action. The cohort was divided into two groups due to the emergence of a resistance to the action of neuro-regenerative SCDSF when administered individually according to consolidated therapy schemes. To recover efficacy, it became necessary to first administer reprogramming SCDSF and only subsequently the neuro-regenerative SCDSF. The observation that a therapeutic barrier was overcome during the study—a barrier to the action of neuro-regenerative SCDSF, only when preceded by the administration of reprogramming SCDSF versus the genome—highlighted a deeper mechanism. A targeted action aimed at recovering the functionality of the epigenetic code was employed to counteract environmental epi-genotoxicity.
