As a reviewer, it is important to adhere to the guidelines for evaluating and accepting papers submitted to a publication. We believe that the majority of experienced researchers and scholars are already familiar with and agree to these guidelines. However, for those who are new to their reviewer responsibilities, these guidelines may be beneficial.
 

Few important guidelines

• We kindly request your impartial review of the manuscript. We welcome multiple revisions to ensure the desired quality is achieved.
• Please consider rejecting manuscripts that do not align with the scope of the journal.
• If a manuscript is rejected, please clearly state the reason and provide guidance for further action if necessary (e.g., suggesting language editing for improper language or advising on the scope of the subject).
• Please ensure that the language used in the manuscript is of high quality and understandable to readers worldwide.
   

Ethical Obligations
 

Here are the general and ethical guidelines that should be followed in order to ensure the high quality of a research paper.

• Reviewers are kindly requested to evaluate all manuscripts impartially, based solely on their merits, and without any consideration of the author's race, religion, nationality, sex, seniority, or institutional affiliation.
• Reviewers are kindly asked to promptly and carefully evaluate submitted manuscripts. Please note that the editor has the final decision on whether to accept or reject a manuscript.
• Reviewers are reminded to keep information about a manuscript confidential, except when seeking professional advice. The editor may reveal the titles and authors of accepted papers after a decision has been made.
• Please respect authors' intellectual independence.
• It is important to note that the author-editor reviewing their own manuscript would be a conflict of interest.
• Reviewers are kindly reminded not to use unpublished information or interpretations from a submitted manuscript in their own research without the author's consent.
• If a manuscript creates a conflict of interest for the reviewer, the editor should assign another qualified person to handle it.
• Authors are welcome to ask the editor to exclude specific reviewers for their manuscript.
