Biography

Dr. Ramalingam Gopal is a Professor at Alagappa University, Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu, India, specializing in physics and nanoscience. He earned his PhD from Loyola College and has contributed significantly to the field through research on nanomaterials and their applications. His most-cited work, "Facile preparation of high fluorescent carbon quantum dots from orange waste peels for nonlinear optical applications" (2019), has garnered 101 citations and exemplifies his focus on sustainable nanomaterial synthesis and optical properties.
