International Ornithology (JIO) is an international open-access journal that publishes original research on all aspects related to birds, their behaviour, ecology and conservation, including their evolutionary and systematics history. The journal is dedicated to advancing the understanding and conservation of avian biodiversity. We invite papers that cover all areas of ornithology and spread across a wide range of topics, including taxonomy, physiology, behaviour, ecology, physiology and conservation. It is open to contributions from diverse authors including professional scientists, students, and amateur ornithologists, as well as conservation practitioners.
