How the record is corrected
A linked correction, erratum or corrigendum is issued for a minor error. Where an error affects interpretation, a correction notice and a linked corrected version preserve the publication history. An expression of concern may be issued while evidence is assessed, and a retraction notice may follow a COPE-informed assessment.
